SCOTTI is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-5 business days after an order is placed. U.S orders will take an additional 2-12 business days for delivery based on location. 

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt date. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the returner. Please contact hello@shopscotti.com for to authorize your return. 

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-7 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition. the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).
